I can understand how it's hard to do something like drawing when you're feeling really rubbish
@outlander. Something that I was reminded of when was at the break place was 'do the opposite'. I find it can feel so SO hard to do much of anything, especially something that's usually enjoyable when I'm feeling really bad. Sometimes though it can be so helpful to listen to what my depression (ptsd, anxiety - whatever it is) is telling me to do and then do the opposite. I kind of figure I don't have a huge amount to lose when I'm feeling so crappy anyway so I sometimes try it and it can help. Even if it doesn't help it kind of helps me to see/know that I am trying. There's another option tonight if you want, even if it's one that might feel really annoying or hard.
I'm heading off for the night now. I'm going to read a book for a while then sleep. I'll check in tomorrow and see how you're going.
