@outlander@Former-Memberif you want to share where this sensation is, let me know, I have two areas right now. My tongue feels really dry and it's hard to swallow. And there is a dull pressure in the centre of my chest, like someone pressing down with their palm. The more I pay attenton to these sensations, the more pronuonced they become. But I am not scared of these sensations, I acknowledge that they are present, and I contiue to focus on my breathing

@outlander@Former-MemberFocus on one area where you are experiencing the urge. Notice the exact sensations in that area. For example,do you feel hot, cold, tingly, or numb? Are your muscles tense or relaxed? How large an area is involved?Notice the sensations, and describe them to yourself. Notice the changes that occur in the sensation.

@Former-MemberCan you describe the sensations you are having? Is it dull, aching, pressure, sharp? Just tune in and let it tell you how it feels.
@outlanderdon't be scared of this feeling, it can't hurt you. Try to stay focused on breathing slowly and regularly, keep stay focused on your breaths.
