So, just start by closing your eyes or if you don't want to do that, focus on a spot in the room. Notice your breathes coming in and out, in and out. Just do that (I am doing the same) for a minute or two, until your breathing slows and becomes even,

@outlander@Former-Memberonce your breathing has settled and is regular, try to notice in your body if there are any areas that you feel a sensation, a pain, a discomfort. Just notice this sensation, focus in on it, and keep breathing slowly and gently. Don't fall asleep on me girls lol, that is not what this is about lol.
