hi everyone

I didn't have a good night. I actually let out all the tears I've kept inside and my psych saw it. He came in my room and I told him I haven't been outside for days. No fresh air. I felt suffocating.
I told him I'm in pain reg leg cramps. He decided to up my magnesium and gave me a med to sleep. He said he will let unit managers know I'm now not ready to leave. I was hoping to leave Thursday. But I'm now not sure.
he is coming bsvk today to chst.

we have a unit meeting with manager and all patients. She asks for compliments complaints and maintenance. I mentioned that we haven't walked for a while. She was very surprised.
So we are meant to walk twice a day.
I hope I feel better soon.
I just want to stsy in my room. My psych wants me to come out of my room. I still don't wNt to.
