@Sans911 @outlander I have told them distraction is not helping. They struggle to know what to say after that. All I get is it's good you are trying, it's good you have elastic bands on you wrists. I get the well ummm keep trying. 

I dont even know what would help. I have tried so many different things the last few days. 

I just want it to be done.
