@Former-Member i pull away from people too. Im embarrassed at the way i both look and the way i am. And the friends i use to have just reminded me of the reason i stay away from people.


Ok @Former-Member will take a look into that. Might help. I will just have to check and see if i can have this herb with all the meds im on. So might ask my naturopath soon.
