Re: not feeling good

It sometimes seems that way in life doesn't it @BlueBay

I think its a normal response to what they are doing - I have felt that too.

How are you atm?

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay  Just catching up with your news. Sorry I haven’t responded, I’ve been off line most of this week.

I hope by now, you have had a bit of fresh air and a walk, it really helps.

I stayed in my room while in hospital also, I understand how hard it can be to face others, while feeling fragile and vulnerable.

Sending caring thoughts to you. Take care. 💙💙💙

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

I am glad to hear you are at home - it has been a hard run for you lately and I hope this break has been good for you and that you are able to manage your life better

It's not easy coping with this lockdown - it is really wearing thin for some many people now - and life has changed so much - once going to the shops was a chance to have a bit of a chat but now people seem in a hurry for us to move along - and frankly - I am happy to move along

We are having some sunshine today - rather windy - I guess it is where you are too

Enjoy your walk - I hope the wind drops this evening and I plan to walk then - I have a permanently runny nose so hayfever is a big deal - but I have been outside in my protected little courtyard - and now the sun is shining in the back of my home - this is a great time of year - I love it when spring is coming

All the best -

Dec

Re: not feeling good

Good morning @Owlunar @Shaz51 @Maggie @MDT @Eve7 @outlander @Emelia8 @Faith-and-Hope

i was very tired yesterday and sore. My body ached. I did a load of my hodpital clothes and then had to go to the chemist to get my meds in a pack.
I cleaned the toilets and sinks in the bathrooms as they needed a clean. I can't stand a dirty bathroom. And kitchen sink I had to jiff that.
I feel that the house situation can't chsnge until lockdown is lifted so older son will move out.
I need to do things for myself.
I'm at wirk tomirriw. 4 hour shift. I need structure and routine.
I'm worried about my blood pressure and heart. I get results tomorrow afternoon.
i need to slow down. I did enjoy my time alone. I had no one to bother me or no expectations. Except the nurses would come in snd chst to see how I was travelling.
you know I keep thinking that family think once I'm out of hospital I'm better. Trouble is I'm not better. It's that I learn different coping tools and it takes time. It's not an instant fix.

anyway I'm ranting I'm sorry. I better go snd make a coffee. I hope everyone is doing ok. I know you all have your own struggles. I'm sorry if I haven't supported you lately. I feel bad. But pls know thst I do care. I really do.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
