Hey @outlander
Whoever these people are - with their crappy, picky, pointing, giggling behaviour
You are a much better person - and you are with the strength cause no one here would pick, giggle, point, sneer, treat other people badly - we are the better people too
And I can tell you are having a rough time today - @Sans911 has some great ideas here - I always suggest we keep breathing - the is the most important
But with one of your sisters having a virus - I know this is a major trigger for you - and that is no mean thing - it really does set you off.
Thinking of you right now

Hi @outlander
I am sure you are not the kind of person who points, stares, glares and giggles if someone says "hello" to you
imo that make you a better person
And today being what it has to have been for you, me and other people - tomorrow has to be better

@outlander well I am going to post it because I thought it was beautiful it happened to me today when I went on a walk. There was a woman about my age taking photos as I walked up I stood back and couldnt work out what she was taking photos of. She said 'Can you see them?' 'There is the baby and there is the mother' .... Eagles nesting on top of this huge pole. She then showed me of photos of the baby flapping its wings . So beautiful to have nature like that so close to where I live I am very lucky and privledged to have seen it at all. I will add @Mazarita and @eth to the post (I hope you dont mind outlander as I know they would have loved to have been there to see it).
I hope that image brightens you up a bit 🙂

@outlander I know @Mazarita will be particularly interested as she loves birds and we often talk about them. To see eagles so close to civilization is amazing I suppose they eat the abundance of other birdlife we have and rabbit, It could be a sea eagle of course though so it might eat fish .... it was magnificant.
Do you have many birds where you live?
