Hi @STORMGRL101, I can understand the worry and stress you must be feeling right now, with the possibility your partner may be called into work, leaving you alone with your thoughts. Remember, if it all gets too much, please call 000 if you can no longer control your suicidal ideation/self harming thoughts. As @NikNik has mentioned Lifeline and Suicide Callback Service are also great organisations to contact if you are feeling suicidal.
What is your favourite thing to watch on Netflix? Can you snuggle down after dinner and watch something you enjoy to help distract yourself from these thoughts?

Well something bad happened last Tuesday night which resulted in me getting monitored in hospital. I feel guilty and sad but now just trying to recover and be kind to myself, even though its very hard. Just focusing on getting through each hour by hour. Having a bath with salts infused with lavender, euclyputus and chamomile is very calming. I have a secret and I want to tell someone but don't know who to trust. The mental health nurse I saw yesterday made me promise not to do anything and to call someone if I think I will. Will try to keep that promise. I will try to be kind to myself.

Hello @STORMGRL101, try not to feel guilty about Tuesday night or try to use the feeling to help focus on getting better. The salt infused bath sounds divine, wouldn't you say so @Faith-and-Hope, @CheerBear? I know it's hard to be kind to yourself, but don't give up, you can do it, with a little help from some friends 🙂

Hi @STORMGRL101
Just to clarify - the way you describe it, it sounds like you noticed that it was a fake laugh after you had started. Is this a good sign - could it have started off as a genuine reaction?
How was spending time with your nephew? I adore spending time with babies / infants - such innocence and genuineness about them. Well, that's until they cry... which is when I hand them back 🙂
