Hey sweetie I was going to message you shortly. I'm doing a bit better today. It was a really cold start here too but of 4c at 6am,but it's a really nice day now. I found a hand mower on the verge for pick up, so I've done a bit of a work out. Resting in bed now with both cats. Might have a nap soon.
How are you, and how's your day been?
Hi also @outlander

Resting up for you sounds good too @Snowie
I've just done some of my nursing agency competencies in view of hopefully going back to work with them towards the end of the year. I won't be allowed in the hospitals anytime soon, if ever, but the might have a few spare hours in home nursing. It's true my actions while extremely unwell that has prevented a return to hospital setting. Makes me pretty sad.
All the best for tomorrow with your pdoc. You've had a big week hun.
My pyschologist is away for 2weeks but I see my pdoc on Tues afternoon. I should have contacted my pyschologist before she went away. I have no professional support for two weeks, so this is what usually happens to me. I fall into a slippery, dark hole.

Just like teaching, nursing comes in many different forms hun. So perhaps for now a hospital isn't ideal, I am sure there are other places you can do some nursing for now. Hopefully in time, you will make it back to a hospital setting.
I don't do well without professional support either @Sans911. Unfortunately our psych's do have time off and it doesn't help us. Perhaps you could mention that to your pdoc on Tuesday.
I am going to have to be honest with my pdoc about how I have been going lately and my increase in SI. I am not sure what he will say.
