Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Safe enough to hopefully not raise attention, but SH regardless. All this media mental health stuff kinda gets to you after a while. Who really wants to listen and care in rl? Who really wants to help and be there and try to understand in rl?

Just super depressed and tired. I had bloods taken yesterday by GP. Especially for iron. Will know on Tuesday.

I know you've had it really tough lately. Hope you physical issues resolve soon so can concentrate on the other. You deserve that and much more.

Oh i wish i could be there in rl too. I would listen and help you as much as i could.
Maybe your bloods will reveal a little bit.

Stay with me till you fall asleep, id like you as safe as possible ❤

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Hey sweetie I was going to message you shortly. I'm doing a bit better today. It was a really cold start here too but of 4c at 6am,but it's a really nice day now. I found a hand mower on the verge for pick up, so I've done a bit of a work out. Resting in bed now with both cats. Might have a nap soon.

How are you, and how's your day been?

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Glad you are doing a little better today @Sans911 and a nap this afternoon does sound nice and relaxing.

Was up early this morning for D's sport but now on the couch with the dog. Am going okish, have got pdoc tomorrow.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Resting up for you sounds good too @Snowie

I've just done some of my nursing agency competencies in view of hopefully going back to work with them towards the end of the year. I won't be allowed in the hospitals anytime soon, if ever, but the might have a few spare hours in home nursing. It's true my actions while extremely unwell that has prevented a return to hospital setting. Makes me pretty sad.

All the best for tomorrow with your pdoc. You've had a big week hun.

My pyschologist is away for 2weeks but I see my pdoc on Tues afternoon. I should have contacted my pyschologist before she went away. I have no professional support for two weeks, so this is what usually happens to me. I fall into a slippery, dark hole.

Re: The Challenges of Mental Health Wellbeing

Just like teaching, nursing comes in many different forms hun. So perhaps for now a hospital isn't ideal, I am sure there are other places you can do some nursing for now. Hopefully in time, you will make it back to a hospital setting.

I don't do well without professional support either @Sans911. Unfortunately our psych's do have time off and it doesn't help us. Perhaps you could mention that to your pdoc on Tuesday.

I am going to have to be honest with my pdoc about how I have been going lately and my increase in SI. I am not sure what he will say.
