@outlanderyou have been through an enormous amount the last 4-5 days. It might just be your body saying that you need rest and it needs time to heal. Our bodies need to heal as well as our minds. If the pain gets to the point of not being able to cope with it than you need to ring for help hun.
Just focus on taking deep breaths for now. I understand how crippling anxiety is and I hate having those panic attacks especially when we do not know when they are coming. Use the puffers if you need to.
I will be sitting here with you next to you sis

Just rest sweet Claire Try not to focus on sleeping, just try to focus on relaxing your muscles. Imagine your laying on a rainbow cloud, this is no storm cloud - it's a magic cloud; everywhere the cloud touches you - your muscles can relax. Try to imagine this magical relaxation starting at you feet, all the discomfort leaves your heels and as your feet fully sink in - all the pain is gone. Let your imagination continue to sink along your legs and up through all of your body, until even your head sinks in. The magic of this rainbow cloud has also got amazing oxygen and it's so much easier to breathe, . . . you want to sink in, it helps to release all your tension and pain. It's so comfortable in there, I think I'll sink in with you 🙂
Love you Claire @outlander
