Im out now. Felt pointless going.
Out of the whole jibber we spoke the only thing i got was.im emotionaly psychologically and physically exhausted. Im at the bottom of the barrol.now and its ok to be there. Dont act on sh or si thoughts while im there. Now is the time to just BE.
