Re: when is it time for hospital

hi @outlander,

awesome stuff re reaching step three 🙂

maybe a little break will help restore your calmness so you can talckle the rest of the list?

Re: when is it time for hospital

But you have made it this far @outlander

so only 3 more steps to go

Drive to gp

Check in

Let them do what they need

You have come so far today already, only 3 steps to go, YOU GOT THIS.

Re: when is it time for hospital

@outlander still here with you hun. Try to stay calm. Not long now and it will be over. You've got this

Re: when is it time for hospital

Im at step 5 but i cant get out of my car
Im trying to just breathe for a few minutes i think
@Former-Member @NotLabelDefined @Sans911

Im so scared

Re: when is it time for hospital

You will be a bit sore from someone who had a mole cut out in the lower back tonight @outlander .I remember coming home and resting as it was a bit of pain.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Just take some big deep breaths @outlander. You are too strong to give up now.

You can do this. Just one little step in front of the other.

Re: when is it time for hospital

Go and get it over with @outlander when the procedure is being done from the local to whatever just remove yourself by thinking of the beach etc.

Re: when is it time for hospital

With you too @outlander ..... breathe in to a count of 5, then out to a count of 7 ..... and move your hand towards the latch of the door ..... of you don't quite get there, breathe in and out, and go again .....

When you have hold of the latch, breathe in, breathe out, then pull on it to open the door. If you don't quite achieve it, breathe in, breathe out, and go again ......

Take the time it needs to take ...... itty-bitty baby steps ..... breathe your way through it .....

We're with you ❤️
