im having so much anxiety relating to my sisters cough

she has the drs tomorrow its one of those annpying dry cold coughs and prob needs antibiotics but i cnat stand hearing her coughing its set me right off i cant control it and its freaking me out

every time she coughs or sniffs it makes it worse

Shes otherwise healthy. Shes eating drinking going to the toilet and is happy talking colouring in playing
Its just that cough it scares the crap out of me and set off my anxiety so bad!!!!!!!!

When you get your monthlies do u get burning or bad itchinh down Stairs @Former-Member ? Im wondering if thats normal my hormones are all over the place or if its an infection

Nope but then I had endometriosis so my gynaecologist directed me to continuously take the pill and only get them like 2 or 3 times a year... so I don't even think they are proper ones... sometimes I get an itch but I just use canesten cream a couple of times which soothes it and it goes away. Canesten plus is better actually cos it has a steroid cream in it which kills the itch. But if it's during your period just make sure you shower twice a day and only use dove soap in that area (the sensitive dove soap) because if your hygiene isn't that great during that time it can cause an itch or discomfort. But don't overclean cos that will make it worse! You have recently had papsmears so I think if you had any other STD or even thrush it would have been picked up @outlander
