CHOCOLATE BALLS

 

INGREDIENTS

1 packet (250g) milk arrowroot biscuits
1/3 cup (40g) cocoa powder
1/2 cup (45g) desiccated coconut (plus a little extra for rolling the balls in)
1 tin (395g) condensed milk

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Crush the biscuits and place into a mixing bowl.
2. Add cocoa and coconut, stir together then add condensed milk.
3. Take small amount of mixture and roll into a ball, then roll through extra coconut.
4. Continue with the rest of the mixture, place the chocolate balls on a plate and chill in the fridge for 30 mins.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

125 g butter
1 1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup white choc bits

 

INSTRUCTIONS


STEP 1 Melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
STEP 2 Stir in sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt.
STEP 3 Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
STEP 4 Quickly whisk in eggs.
STEP 5 Fold through sifted flour and baking powder.
STEP 6 Mix in choc bits.
STEP 7 Spoon the mixture into a greased and lined 18 x 28cm slab tin.
STEP 8 Bake at 170C for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 9 The mixture will seem soft but will harden on cooling.
STEP 10 Allow to cool in tin before removing

STEP 11 Add icing on top if you like- if not enjoy

if you would rather buy pre-packaged Brownie mix- i reccomend the Greens or Betty Crocker Mixes!!

Yum thanks @outlander I took a screenshot, will let you know how I go!
@eth I like to bake anything that I can eat the mixture so cookies and slices are good! Or cakes where I can eat the icing. Anything with condensed milk in of course. I'm not the greatest cook in the world but I give it a red hot go!
